Weekend Laziness

Hey guys. I went out Friday night and my back's been killing me, so since I know a lot of you don't even watch when Anderson's gone, I just scrapped Friday night's review. And, well, I'm not doing Tuesday's either. It's just been one of those weeks, you know? But there has been news. How about that sicko congressman and his dirty little emails to the underage page? Crazyness. Anyway, I can't wait for the Africa coverage. I'm not sure if it actually starts tomorrow or Tuesday. The press release says Tuesday, but they're always full of surprises. Who saw Anderson's report from Niger last year?

Sorry to hear about your back, I hope the pain doesn't stick around long.

It always gives me a kick to see another hypocritical Republican's political career blow up in his/her face, so I've been having a great time reading about Foley's follies. Those IM messages of his to that page are not only disgusting and disturbing, but Foley can't spell and sounds like a 12 year old.

If Anderson has made it into Africa, he's not going to wait until Tuesday, he'd start NOW if he could! The Niger reports were excellent and heartbreaking. Anderson and Jeff's Emmys were well deserved.

Hey Eliza,
I hoped you earned that back pain by partying hard :) I fully intend to check out a dance club called "Anderson's Fifth Estate" here in Phoenix, next Saturday. Just COULDN'T pass that opportunity up!! LOL

I'm sure whatever Anderson reports out of there is sure to make me cry. Whenever he does stuff HE wants to do, it's terrific and very emotional. Can't wait to see it.

Re: Midnite
Thanks. Unfortunately, I have bad back and bone problems. I'm usually in some sort of pain 24/7, but this week was particularly hellacious.

Folley's follies? LOL. I love it. What a sicko. And it seems the scandal might be spreading because it looks like there was a coverup involved. Hey, couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch. ;)

Re: Niger1.com
Hi. Welcome to the blog. If you go to the show's homepage at:
http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/anderson.cooper.360/
you'll find one of Anderson's reporter's notebooks from Niger. Just scroll to the bottom.

Re: Sharla
Well, I wish I could say I was a party animal, but all I did this week besides work was go to a ballgame and a movie--and that's pretty much all it takes. Anyway, you crack me up. Yesterday I was doing some work and I came across some medical records from an Anderson Hospital. I admit I had a little laugh. Once I came across a Dr. Gupta too. Heh.
